Everything tasted great. The deep fried gyozas were a surprise as the picture in the online menu shows them to be pan fried.

spicy scallop and crab hand wrap is magnificent! lots of veggie/vegan options which is awesome! best takeout sushi experience you will find in Burlington

I ordered chicken katsu and a dynamite roll for takeout (the restaurant is currently being renovated).
The staff was very friendly and the meal was ready in time for my arrival (perhaps even a tad early).
Portion size was very generous, especially the katsu.
Unfortunately, while passable, the katsu breading wasn't as well-done and crisp as I would prefer -- this might be a matter of personal preference but I tend to prefer my katsu with a more crunchy texture.
The dynamite roll was a bit more disappointing... I wonder if the tempura was not freshly deep fried... The roll seemed like a mass of indistinct textures, perhaps even a little soggy.
I would try again to give it another shot. Perhaps I'll sample some other options.

Prepared within impressive amount of time for pick up, fresh, nice selection of rolls. Packaged attractively in one big tray. Quick payment at door upon pick up.
